Like President, like Court appointee

Kavanaugh may be a man after Trump’s heart: A man raised in privilege who is identified with the enjoyment of this privilege and entitlement as constituted by his class and gender, in a way that is so narcissistically celebrated that the possible suffering of persons used in the process is of no account. “I’m in power, so I will do what I want, and I don’t care about those who are different from me. (What’s wrong, can’t you take it? Ha ha, I think it’s fun!)” Kavanaugh is an instance of this; Trump is a name for it. Americans should be revulsed. They should be more recognizant of just how ugly this administration is. By just one measure (there are others), half the country is potentially on the losing side of this.
